Veterans Day Flag Raising
November 11, Start of School Day
Chanhassen Elementary
Cubs will be called out of class early in the day for
a (brief) flag raising ceremony. Cubs should wear their uniforms (excluding neckerchiefs)
to school.
Pack Monthly Planning Meeting
November 13, 7:00pm
Chanhassen Library
Each den is asked to send a representative to the monthly planning meeting.
FAST (First Aid Safety Training) Event
November 15, 10:00am - 2:00pm
Chanhassen Elementary Cafeteria
This event is for scouts of Wolf rank or above. Several local agencies will be teaching
the basics of emergency preparedness and first aid. This event will satisfy several cub scout
requirements including the Webelos Readyman Activity Pin.
Pizza is provided for lunch. Scouts should wear their uniform or a scouting T-Shirt to this event.
November Pack Meeting
November 20, 7:00-8:00pm
Chanhassen Elementary
This meeting will include Pack popcorn sale recognition.
Sign up for Webelos II, Webelos I and cub residence camps will also occur at this meeting.
Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army
December 8 through 20 (Various Times)
Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army
Cubs will sing seasonally based songs by den during a 2 hours shift of
bell ringing for the annual Salvation Army Kettle Campaign.
This is a full dress uniform event including neckerchief.
December Pack Meeting
December 13 (4:30-7:00pm)
Summerwood Assisted Living, Chanhassen
Cubs (and families) will sing seasonally based songs and adjourn to a
nearby home for a hayride, bonfire, sledding and hot chocolate.
This is a full dress uniform event including neckerchief. Cubs will need to
dress for both the indoors (caroling) and outdoors (sleigh ride)
